Good

The staff was very nice and helpful. The beach is very nice.

The bathroom is very old. The drain of the shower stank a lot. There were way to little beach beds. Some were broken.

Excellent staff and wonderful beach

Lovely and friendly staff. Excellent location and wonderful beach, sunset. Foods very fresh. I was happy throughout my time there. Of cause I will go back again

Extremely excellent

Service and staff are very very very caring, attentive, supportive, kind and friendly. Peter Pan is a resort which really cares their guest. For example, we went to Khongchao waterfall one day during our stay, for the path is dangerous and we have 8 kids, they sent 3 staff as our safe guards, which is truly amazing. I love this hotel!!!

Facilities, equipments and decorations are somewhat old. Rooms are damp due to the monsoon perhaps.

Underwhelming sterile spot. Look elsewhere.

Underwhelming spot. Feels very sterile, in every sense. Nice staff. Food is terrible here, breakfast is just not good. Beach is nice. Wouldn’t recommend or come again. Pricey for what it is.

Relaxation paradise - you would struggle to find a nicer beach!

The breakfast was a buffet style with many options. There was not good coffee though. Only instant stuff.

The wifi on the property was quite patchy and at some points didn't work at all. We couldn't really access it from our room.

Good and the bad!

Good location, could walk to a few restaurants and bars. Good internet. Bar and waiting staff were very good. Sea there was shallow and good for kids.

Its way overpriced for what you get. Rooms are sparsley decorated and the TV has only the basic Thai channels. Has a lot of tour groups. Upon check out i asked reception if we could check out 30 mins later as my 1 yr old daughter fell asleep at 11.50. They would not allow it. I am in the hotel business and its good customer services to allow it in certain instances. I have never in 8 yrs of living been refused a late check out and I understand the rules but if they are so strict on check out times then my room would of been the only late check out which would of given the staff 1.5 hrs to clean a 24sqm room. Also i saw Thai customers checking out after 12.30 while i was waiting for the speedboat back to the mainland.

STAFF WERE AMAZING.

STAFF WERE AMAZING. So attentive and kind. The room was simple but very clean. Amazing location right on the amazing beach.

The breakfast was not designed for westerners at all. There was toast but that’s about all we could eat. 99% of the breakfast was fried rice, pasta, shrimps...stuff that we would generally eat for dinner. There also seemed to be quite a few ants around our room, but I think that was a problem throughout the resort no matter which hotel you were at.

Worth the boat ride....

The hotel is right by the water, with a beautiful clean and sandy beach surrounded by palm trees. Not crowded like many other places today. Really nice staff....I will def. come back!

Everything ok, but rather high price for a room that didn't have a bedside lamp. Otherwise ok. Prices in the bar and restaurant slightly on the expensive side.

Perfect location, super friendly staff, and very peaceful (if pricey) stay! Thanks!

The little terrace on the canal view room was LOVELY! The staff were also helpful and kind. The bathrooms are also great. The location was perfect for us as well, as we didn't want to rent a motorbike. It is very walkable to several restaurants, little minimarts, diving schools, and a few bars.

There could have been a couple more sun chairs on the beach, and the bed was very creaky... This is an expensive resort for Thailand.

The location is fantastic. But that is the only asset of this poorly driven resort.

Poor service. Everything is below standards. They claim they are a 4 star resort. The only 4 star about Peter Pan is that they have a nice location. This fact has made them ignorant to everything you would combine with a nice hotel. Poor breakfast (no milk and cerails), bad coffee etc.) You pay way too much for this awful place. The only valuable asset is the location.

Location is great BUT poor value for money (attention: no swimming pool despite pictures ;(((

Beach is gorgeous.

Surely it is my mistake: I did see pictures of pool in the booking.com page and I assumed that being a 4* hotel, beach resort, quite expensive, etc the hotel had pool. But my surprise was it has NO SWIMMING POOL. Only few villas have private pool. The generic pictures in booking.com must be taken from the pools of private villas. Again: my mistake but I truly believe it is misleading. The beach is marvelous so of course it is great to be there but we, as a family, enjoy as well a pool. The BREAKFAST for a 4* hotel and for that amount of rate is quite poor. For instance, it is probably the first time in years the coffee is not fresh but rather powder one.

The setting of this resort on the beach is so beautiful it cannot be made justice with words. Definitely one of the most stunning places in Thailand!

The green and orange Peter Pan concept adds nothing but a little “fake” sensation to the complex architecturally.
